My Apple Apple Is No Longer In The App Store
If your Apple app is no longer available in the App Store it's most likely your Apple Developer membership has expired. A banner may appear at the top of the TapMango Portal if the membership has expired:
To resolve this issue log into your Apple Developer account at developer.apple.com, then click Renew Membership to complete the membership renewal process.
Once the membership is renewed Apple will relist the app on the App Store within 24 hours.
Customer Can't Sign In/Register - Textbox Not Responding To Typing
Since the release of iOS 17 in 2023, some merchants have reported issues with registering and logging in to the app. The most common problem reported is that the textbox field for the email, password, and phone verification code is not responding to typing.
Before TapMango can submit an update to resolve this issue you need to check for any pending agreements in your Apple Developer account. Any pending agreements will block updates from TapMango.
To check for pending agreements from Apple, please go to developer.apple.com and click "Account" to log in. You'll be prompted to click Review Agreement on a banner stating the Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be accepted to access certain membership resources.
Please notify TapMango Support once all pending agreements are accepted to have an update submitted as soon as possible.
Push Notification Campaigns Failing For Apple Users
If a Push Notification campaign shows a significant number of failed messages, your Apple Push Certificate likely needs to be renewed. A banner may appear at the top of the TapMango Portal if an agreement is pending in your Apple Developer account.
Another way to confirm this is to go to Portal > Reports > Customer > Customer Notification Detail Report
Set both the Start Date and End Date to the day your campaign ran.
In the report, you'll notice that iPhone Push Notification's have the error "Platform Application is Disabled", this error indicates your Push Certificate needs to renewed.
Before TapMango can renew the Push Certificate, you need to check for any pending agreements in your Apple Developer account.
