How to Create a Multiday Promo or Advent Calendar

Are you interested in running a multiple-day promotion with a different discount available each day?
This guide will walk you through each step, whether you want to set up an Advent Calendar-style campaign or offer multiple discounts for an anniversary week or promotion.

Create the Vouchers

1. On the TapMango Portal navigate to Vouchers.
Click Create New to create a new voucher, and select Marketing for the voucher type.

2. Create a Marketing voucher for each day that has a different promotion and restrict the Effective On and Expires On fields to the same date; this will restrict the voucher's validity to a single day.

Left Example: 10% Off voucher limited to 1 redemption on December 1st.
Right Example: FREE Gift w/ Purchase voucher limited to 1 redemption on December 2nd.

3. Add Discount Mapping under the Discounts tab if TapMango is integrated with your in-store POS.

Send a Quick Campaign

Once you've created all the vouchers needed for the multiple-day promotion or sale, create a Quick Campaign to send to your customer base!

1. Click Quick Campaign at the top left of the TapMango Portal and on the next page click Create Campaign.

2. Select Announcement as the campaign type and continue to set up the Quick Campaign as you like.

Why select Announcement over In-store Voucher/Coupon Promotion? There are two reasons for this:
Firstly, unlike Loyalty vouchers Marketing vouchers are not assigned to customers via campaigns.
Secondly, only one voucher can be "attached" to a Quick Campaign. Since Marketing vouchers don't need to be attached to a campaign to be assigned to a customer, they are the best choice for a multiple-day sale!

3. Schedule the Quick Campaign to go out Now or Later by scheduling a specific time. After the final campaign review click Schedule Campaign.
