What Are Campaigns?

Campaigns are what power your custom TapMango program. Each campaign is a separate folder that contains activities that could be scheduled or automated actions.

Where Do I Find Campaigns?

The campaign manager is under campaigns > manage campaigns

How Do I Create, Edit, or Delete a Campaign?

• To start a new campaign select Create New
• To edit an existing campaign select Edit on the right column.
• To delete an existing campaign select Delete on the right column.
  Note: If you accidentally delete a campaign, you can contact TapMango Support to reverse this

What Do The Options Mean?

Campaign Name	The name of your campaign. This can be whatever you want, but it's a good idea to make it relevant to what activities you'll put inside the campaign
Effective Date	The first date the content of the campaign can be active. Normally you'll want to set the current date, unless you're wanting to plan ahead and make several activities active, ready to go.
Restrict to Groups	A list of your current customer groups. When a group is selected, only members of that group can be targeted by the campaign
Exclude From Groups	A list of your current customer groups. When a group is selected members of that group will not be targeted by the campaign
Restrict to Locations	A list of your TapMango locations. When a location is selected only customers of that location will be targeted by the campaign.
Active	Whether the campaign is active or not. It's fine to create a campaign as active, because activities created in your campaign are inactive until turned on.

What do I do Next?

Once you create or edit your campaign you now have it on your list of campaigns. You can select the Campaign Name or details to begin adding activities.
