One of the benefits of integrating TapMango with Clover is the ability to push online orders directly to your Clover POS for printing and payment processing. TapMango can even take advantage of Clover's label printer feature making it easier than ever to manage where orders print!
Depending on how you have set up Clover to handle online order printing in the Printers application will determine whether your TapMango Online Ordering uses Auto-Fire or Auto-Print for order printing:

Auto-Fire - Items with the appropriate labels in Clover will be printed at the respective printer(s). Example: Items labeled Drink will only push to the Printer set to print Drink items.
- Auto-Print - Full orders will be printed at the respective printer(s). This option ignores labels in Clover.

Managing your Printer(s) for Online Orders
TapMango only pushes order data to Clover for printing and payment processing but has no control over how or where orders print.
To ensure Clover can properly print orders received from TapMango, you'll need first to select which printer(s) can print online orders in Clover's default Printers app. If you're having issues with TapMango orders printing, please check the steps below to confirm your printers are set up correctly!

Managing what information receipts print
Clover lets you customize receipts in the Setup app and can even print TapMango customer information on a payment receipt! You can easily find a customer account for returns or customer service.
