How to use your Lightspeed (X-Series) Integration
We Need Your Permission
In order to integrate with TapMango you'll need to provide us with permission. To do that we'll need to send you an authorization link to click, approve, and install our add-on to your Lightspeed (X-Series) account.
Send us the store URL
To create your integration authorization link, we will need your Lightspeed (X-Series) Domain Name. This can be found from your Store URL used to sign into your Lightspeed Portal (before entering your email and password)
Ex: tapmango-support.retail.lightspeed.app
Click, Agree, and Install
We will send you an integration Authorization Link that will direct you to your Lightspeed account.
Once you've logged in, you'll be shown the permissions required to work with your Lightspeed (X-Series) account. At the bottom click Allow Access
Once you've authorized the integration, you must alert your account manager so that they can complete the setup process.
Testing your integration
Once completed, you will be instructed to perform a test transaction to confirm the following:
- customers who have signed into the tablet are getting attached to the register sale
- mapped TapMango discounts are available on the register
- customers are getting points after sale completion
- customers are being signed out of the TapMango tablet upon sale completion
