TapMango supports Square as a payment processor for instant deals, online ordering, memberships, and loading the wallet through the mobile application.
Integrating TapMango with Square Payments
You'll need to provide permission for TapMango to integrate with your Square account.
- Go to the TapMango Portal Integrations Page and sign in with your Portal login if prompted.
- Click Connect under "Connect TapMango Instant Deal and Wallet to Square Payments".
- You will be redirected to your Square portal and prompted to log in.
- You will be asked if you wish to give TapMango permissions. Click "Allow".
Notify your TapMango rep
Once Square has been authorized for payments you'll be taken back to the integrations page.
You must reach out to TapMango support or your account manager to finalize the set up and enable Square Payments.
Collecting Square Payment funds from different locations
If you have multiple locations and need to direct online payments from each location to their seperate Square accounts (rather than one pool), please let your TapMango rep know.
This is an integration process that can only be set up and edited from TapMango's end.
Revoking access
At any time after authorizing, you may disable the integration by signing into the portal integrations page again and click revoke access next to your integration. This will stop TapMango from reading square sales to apply points.
If you revoke access accidentally, re-authorize the integration and then contact TapMango to enable it again.
