How to Send
Send your Quick Campaign as an SMS/MMS/Push Notification or Email!
You may select 1 up to a maximum of 3 communication types per Quick Campaign.
The first method chosen will take priority over the second and third, and customers only receive 1 type of communication per quick campaign*.
Here's an example with SMS first, Push Notification second, and Email third:
| SMS FIRST | PUSH SECOND | EMAIL THIRD |
|---|---|---|
|
SMS selected first will target 91637 customers (91637 customers in total can receive SMS) |
Push Notification selected second will target 81 customers (165 customers in total can receive Push) | Email selected third will target 12164 customers (38197 customers in total can receive Email) |
*It's possible to force a quick campaign to send more than 1 communication type, but first, finish and schedule the quick campaign for a future date and time. Then open the Campaigns dropdown menu and click Campaigns to see a list of folders.
Click on the Promotions folder and find the quick campaign you just scheduled. Click on the Send Action for the SMS/MMS/Email or Push Notification and select Edit; on the next page check off Force Send and Save.
When you've selected how to send and the priority, click Continue to move to the next step.
Message
Create your SMS, MMS, Email, and/or Push Notification messages in this section. Regardless of the chosen priority, the Quick Campaign creator will prompt you to create the Email communication first, then SMS/MMS, and finally Push Notification.

When To Send
Once you've finished creating your campaign messages, you will have to schedule them for release. You can choose to send them out immediately or later.
It's always recommended that you schedule your campaign to go out at least 15 min from the time of setup so that you have room to make sudden changes or pause them if something comes up.
