How Do I Access It?
Create a Quick CampaignNavigate to Quick Campaigns in your TapMango's Portal. Start a campaign as normal and you'll find the AI tool ready to use directly within the SMS, Email, and Push Notification editors. |

Write out some of the details of your message in the text box and click the TapMango AI button: A window will pop-up presenting you with ways TapMango's AI feature can improve your message.

Things To Consider
Make Sure Your Business Name is in the SMS Message
Always double-check that your business name is in the final SMS message.
To ensure customers recognize your brand, verify that your business name is included in the final SMS. You can type it manually or use dynamic tags like [[COMPANY_NAME]] or [[LOCATION_NAME]] to insert it automatically.
| Note: Your business name isn't required in emails or push notifications, as your logo already provides clear brand identification. |
Remove Emoji's and Review Character limits in the SMS Message
The AI tool may generate a message that exceeds the SMS character limit, particularly when using emojis.
Always review the final character count to avoid potential overage charges and always remove emoji's from your SMS messages.
