How Do I Add New Locations To My Portal Account?
To add additional locations to your Portal account, please email your account manager or TapMango's support team at support@tapmango.com to get started.
We will need the following information from you
- The new location's address
- The contact phone number and email
- How many tablets you'll need
- Whether you want tags
- Payment method to bill for the location
- Estimated launch date of location
It is best to give us a few weeks notice before the launch date so that you have enough time for items to be delivered.
Is There A Cost To Adding A New Location?
Additional locations will be charged a monthly subscription fee. Tablets and tags ordered for additional locations will also have one time fees that can be discussed with your account manager or TapMango support.
How Will This Effect Points and Discounts?
Customers will be able to collect/use points across all locations under the same account. Rewards and Vouchers will be shared across all locations by default, though you have the ability to restrict discounts by location if you choose.
Points can be set to different dollar-to-point ratios by locations, but you will need to request this change be made by reaching out to your account manager or TapMango Support.
What If I Want My Locations Completely Separate?
If you'd prefer points to not be shared and have 2 completely independant setups we can handle this. We typically don't recommend this setup unless you're dealing with two completely separate brands.
Be sure to discuss this with your account manager and/or support when requesting the new location and we'll take you through the steps needed.
I Use Online Ordering. How Do I Get it Working For the New Location?
This depends on how your catalog is set up and whether you want to share the same menu for different locations.
Using A Menu Synced to your POS
If you are using a POS system that integrates with TapMango catalogs, we will just need to update your POS integration for the new location and schedule a Menu Sync.
Using a Stand Alone Menu
If your menu was manually created outside of a POS integration, and your new location will have a different menu than your current ordering setup. our team can help build it for you. This may take several days to complete.
If your menu will remain consistent between locations we can get you up and running right away.
Regardless contact your account manager to get the process started and have the menu activated for your new location.
