This guide covers the Instant Win Spinner Wheel - an interactive, gamified prize wheel that replaces the standard instant win reveal on your tablet. You'll learn what it is, how the odds work, and how to enable it.
| Important: The Instant Win Spinner Wheel is currently available for in-store use on tablet only. It is not yet available for Online Ordering. |
What Is the Instant Win Spinner?
The Instant Win Spinner transforms the standard instant win experience into an interactive, gamified moment for your customers. Instead of a countdown that simply reveals a result, customers tap to spin a prize wheel - building anticipation and making every visit feel rewarding, whether they win or not.
Customers can see all possible prizes displayed on the wheel before they spin, which creates excitement and gives them a reason to keep coming back.
How the Odds Work
The number of slices on the wheel determines the odds of winning. Each slice represents one outcome - either a prize or a "no win" result.
| Note: If your wheel has 10 slices and 5 of them contain a prize, customers have a 50% chance of winning on each spin. You have full control over the balance between winning and non-winning slices, so you can fine-tune the odds to match your promotion goals. |

Best Practices
Slice CountWe suggest using 18 slices or fewer. Exceeding this can make the wheel feel cluttered and harder for customers to read at a glance. |
Prize NamesKeep prize names short and clear - aim for 2–4 words per prize. Long names get compressed on the wheel and become difficult to read.

FAQ
How do the number of slices affect winning odds? |
The number of slices is the odds denominator. For example, if you have 10 slices and 5 of them are prizes, your customers have a 50% win rate. Increase the total slice count or reduce the number of prize slices to lower the odds, and vice versa.
What happens if I use more than 18 slices? |
The wheel will still work, but prize names may become cramped and harder for customers to read. We suggest keeping it at 18 or fewer for the best experience.
