How Do I Request A Customer's Personal Data?
If a customer requests a copy of their personal data you are able to download a spreadsheet (.csv) of the customer's data. You may then email this to the customer directly. You can do this under the customer privacy options on a customer's detail page in http://portal.tapmango.com

What Data is Included?
When you request a copy of customer data this will download your customer's entire history and information. This includes, but is not limited to the data, time, location, and value of:
- Points Earned / Manually Added / Manually Removed
- Payments Entered to TapMango
- Products Purchased
- Wallet Loaded
- Wallet Payments
- Registration Method
- Check-Ins
- Rewards Redeemed
- Vouchers Redeemed
- Vouchers Assigned
- Proximity Marketing
- Notes Added to account
- Subscribed / Unsubscribed from SMS/Email
- Opted-In / Opted-Out of SMS
- Fixed Profile In-Store or Online
- Tag Assigned / Unassigned
- If referred / referrals
- Account Merge
Customers will be given only information relevant to them, this is not a complete list as TapMango is constantly adding feature changes which may include additional customer details.
Can I ask TapMango to do this for me?
No.
A personal data request involves sensitive information pertaining to an individual customer's purchase history, contact information, and activity. TapMango will not be liable for any fraudulent requests made by customers, and it is up to you as a business owner to verify the identity of the person requesting the data, initiate the download, and send the data to the requesting customer directly.
