Your tablet may be loading to a solid white screen. White this can be frustrating it's usually a really simple fix!
This article is for a solid white screen. If the screen has an error similar to page cannot be displayed then you'll need to look at the connection troubleshooting.
Before proceeding you'll want to make sure your tablet is connected to Wi-Fi.
This usually happens when the tablet's time does not match our server's time. This is a security feature in a lot of web applications. So you'll just need to go into the tablet's settings and update the date and time to match your current time.
How Do I Fix It?
Make sure the TapMango application is closed
You can skip this step if you've already closed the app
- Triple Tap the right-hand side of the screen quickly 3 times.
- Select 'quit'
- Use the password 999999 to exit.
Open your tablets settings
The look of the UI on the tablet may be different depending on the model you have. Getting there is still really easy!
- Swipe down from the top right corner of the screen
- Select the
(settings) gear icon to open the main settings - note: your tablet's may look slightly different than - Scroll down to the System (it's at the bottom)
- Select Date & Time
First Set the Time and Timezone Via internet
- Make sure Automatic Date & Time is turned on (the option to manually set the time should not be available)
- If this option is on, but the time is not correct then turn the option off wait 5 seconds and turn it back on
- If the date and time continue to not update then turn the automatic option off
- Now use the options below to manually set the date and time to the current date and time.
Re-Open the TapMango Application
You're all done! Now you just need to re-open the TapMango application.
- Press the home button located on the bottom middle of the screen along the black bar
- depending on your tablet model this will be an icon that looks like a house, or a circle
- Press the red circle with the white finger
- Wait a few seconds and the app should load properly

I'm Still getting a solid white screen!
