You must invite TapMango to your developer team as an Admin user so we can submit the app on your behalf.
Getting your Invite Email Address
Before proceeding, you’ll need a TapMango email address used to invite to your team. Your account manager should have provided this during the onboarding process.
If you haven’t received it yet, please contact appledeveloper@tapmango.com and include your business name to request your invite email address.
Invite TapMango to your Developer Account
Only once you've been provided with an email address to invite to your development team;
- Sign in to https://developer.apple.com (click account in the top corner)
- On the right side, select App Store Connect
- You may need to click to go to iTunes connect - if not you will be navigated to iTunes connect

- Select + next to Users in the left hand side.
-

- First Name: TapMango
- Last Name: Inc
- Email: <Email Address you were told to invite>
-
IMPORTANT:
- Check Admin under Roles
- Check Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles. under Development Resources
Note: If TapMango is not given Admin access and Access to Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles, we will not be able to properly submit your Apple application. This may delay your process.
Give TapMango Access To Your API Key
TapMango will need you to give us permission to use the App Store Connect API on your account. The following steps will walk you through providing us access:
1. Log into your Apple developer account
If you have multiple Apple Developer accounts, log in to the one associated with your TapMango rewards app.
2. Under the header "App Store Connect" click "Users and Access"
3. Click the Integrations header. In the left menu, click App Store Connect API followed by Team Keys
4. You will be redirected to the App Store Connect API page. Click the "Request Access" button in the middle of the page. You will be asked to accept an agreement before you can proceed.
Once you've accepted the agreement, you have completed all necessary steps.
Let Us Know When You're Done
IMPORTANT -- Please email appledeveloper@tapmango.com with the name of the business you're operating your developer account with. If you do not do this it may delay your app submission because our team will not know which account to upload the application for.
Please note this inbox is monitored, but we will not reply unless we're requesting additional information or there is an app rejection we need the account holder to take action on.
