Using Your Clover Integration
Step 1: Ask Customer to Sign into TapMango TabletThe customer can sign in before or during the sale. What's important is that they sign in before you proceed to payment.

Step 2. Start a Sale as NormalBegin your sale in the Clover Register app as normal. Ring up your products and proceed to pay.

Step 3. Attach Customer to SaleYou'll be interrupted with the "Awaiting Membership Scan" pop up before payment.
Once the customer has been attached, you can proceed with redeeming rewards. |
Step 4. Redeem Rewards (Optional)The customer's available rewards will be displayed for selection. If they choose not to use a reward or none are available, proceed directly to payment. |
Step 5. Complete Payment on CloverShortly after payment is complete, the customer's account will update: points for the sale will be issued, and any used points or vouchers will be deducted. The customer's profile will then automatically sign out of the TapMango tablet. |
Paying with TapMango Wallet
You have the option to make payments from a customers TapMango wallet directly through Clover. The cashier will see this as a payment type on the final payment screen. Points will be calculated based on your wallet-to points-conversion settings.
| Note: If you don't have TapMango Wallets as a payment type on Clover, reach out to your account manager or TapMango Support to enable it. |
