What are reports?
Reports are useful tools for viewing how your business is using TapMango. This means being able to view for an example, how many points/rewards/vouchers are being used or seeing your customer list. Here are the different types of reports that we currently offer:
| Revenue Boost Report | Displays any voucher/point redemption, instant deal purchases, wallet load, and friend referrals. More info here: https://tapmango.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020006572 |
| Customer List Report | Displays all existing customers in your database with their unique customer ID, Name, Email, Phone, Points, Lifetime Points, Wallet Balance, Yes/No to having the mobile app, registration date, last check-in, location, and last device that they were checked-in. |
| Customer Sign Up Report | Displays customers who have signed up within a given period |
| Customers With Groups Report | Displays all customers who are in a customer group |
| Customer Summary Report | Displays a summary of customer activity within a given period |
| Customer Detail Report | Displays customer activity within a given period |
| Customer Satisfaction Report | Displays customer satisfaction score for Net Promoter Surveys |
| Customer History Report | Displays detailed customer history of customer activity |
| Customer Winnings Report | Displays customer winnings from Instant Win |
| Customer Redemption Report | Displays customers who have redeemed vouchers/points within a given period |
| Vouchers Redemption Summary Report | Displays how many vouchers were redeemed within a given period |
| Customer Notification Summary Report | Displays the number of Push notifications, SMS texts, and emails that were sent out within a given period |
| Customer Notification Detail Report | Displays actual Push notifications, SMS texts, and emails that were sent out within a given period |
| Customer Referral Report | Displays customers who were referred by another customer within a given period |
| Customer Sales Report | Displays sales that were made within a given period |
| Customer Check-ins Report | Displays check-ins within a given period |
| Customer Wallet Report | Displays transactions from the wallet within a given period |
| Customer Wallet Summary Report | Displays total amount of credit (funds added to wallet) total debit (funds used from wallet), and total amount of wallet funds for all customers |
| Voucher Redemption Report | Displays total number of voucher redemptions within a given period |
| Instant Deal Purchase Report | Displays all Instant Deal purchases within a given period |
| Gift Cards Report | Displays all claimed gift cards within a given period |
| Gift Cards Redemption Reports | Displays all redeemed gift cards within a given period |
| Product Purchase Summary Report | Displays product purchases within a given period |
| Product Purchase Report | Displays customers who have purchased products within a given period |
| Cross Location Points Report | For multi-locations, displays which location owns another location points |
| Mobile Sign Up Report | Displays mobile sign-ups within a given period |
How do I run a report?
First, navigate to Reports.
Run the report you want and fill in any sections like location, customer group, start date, or end date.
Results appear once you've hit run - as a note, some reports take longer than others. Please be patient!
