How do I edit or add additional Users?

TapMango offers the ability to create additional logins for your program. This can be useful to offer employees access to tools needed, without allowing free reign to change the program.

How Many Users Can I have?

At this time there is no limit on the number of user logins you can have for your program, as long as the login has not been used by another TapMango customer.

How Do I Edit or Create a User?

To edit or create a user:

• Log on to http://portal.tapmango.com
• Navigate to settings > users
• Select Edit to edit an existing user
• Select Create New to add a new user
• Edit or fill out the information and submit

What does each field mean? 

There's quite a few different fields to fill out, but all of them are important.

Role	This is the most important choice - it defines what access the user has. For more information see: User Roles and Restrictions Explained
Username	This is used to login to http://portal.tapmango.com - This can be any string of characters without spaces.
Password	This is the password for logging in. This must be the same in each field. The minimum length is 6 characters, though we encourage you create longer passwords for security.
Name	The first and last name of the user, only for identifying the login when browsing the portal.
Email	Used for resetting the password if needed. If you don't want staff be able to do this, use your email instead - so they cannot access it but password reset requests go to you.
Admin Tag	The 9 digits from the back of one of your branded keytags. When set, you can scan this keytag on the tapmango tablet to load the cashier / admin side of the tablet without flipping.
Tablet Pin	If you use the tablet pin, this is the field where you save the pin for each user. For more information see: How do I password protect my tablet's cashier side?
Restrict To Locations	This should be used if a user is only allowed to access campaigns, or customers belonging to a specific location.  If this is used then customers who signed up at a location that is not selected will not be accessible to the login.
Access Restrictions	You can further restrict specific features from different user logins. For more information see User Roles and Restrictions Explained
