Simplify your workflow by managing your TapMango online ordering menu entirely in Toast. With this feature, all changes made in Toast will automatically sync to your TapMango catalog.
Key Benefits
Efficiency: Saves you time by eliminating the need to update your menu in two separate systems. (Toast and TapMango).
Accuracy: Keeps your online and in-store menus in sync, reducing customer confusion and ordering mistakes.
Real-time updates: Menu updates made in Toast, including marking items as sold out, are instantly reflected in your TapMango catalog
Daily Use Cases
The following are common examples of how the automatic menu sync will work with daily tasks on your Toast POS:
- After adding a new item to your Toast menu, the item will automatically appear on the TapMango online ordering menu.
- After updating the price of an existing item in Toast, the price will automatically update on the TapMango online ordering menu.
- After marking a modifier as "sold out" on your Toast POS, the modifier will automatically appear as sold out on the TapMango online ordering menu, preventing customers from selecting it.
- After removing a menu item in Toast, the item will be automatically removed from the TapMango online ordering menu.
- Modifier and item stock updates will be automatically synced from Toast to TapMango, which is useful for merchants who frequently experience stock shortages.
