How to Purchase a Product on the TapMango Tablet

This guide walks your cashier through purchasing a product on the TapMango tablet.

Note: Before your cashier can select a product at the tablet, you'll need to set one up in the portal first. Depending on your goal, check out one of these guides:

• Create a punch card system: Buy X number of products, get 1 free

Processing the Purchase

① Select the Purchase tab on the tablet and tap Products.

② Select the product(s) the customer is purchasing.

③ Tap Enter to confirm, then tap Back once the purchase is successful.

Will tablet purchases count toward a customer's punch card total?

Yes. Any qualifying products purchased through the tablet will count toward the customer's punch card total. 

If you normally track purchases via a POS integration, you can also use the tablet to add any purchases that were missed in a previous transaction.
