1. Authorize the Integration
In order to integrate your Lightspeed account with TapMango, you will first need to grant us permission.
A TapMango representative will send you an authorization link that will re-direct you to Lightspeed and prompt you to log in.
Once you've signed in to your Lightspeed account, you will be asked if you agree to give TapMango permissions. Once you agree, please notify the TapMango representative assisting you.
If you cannot find your link, or need us to send it again just contact us for help
2. Confirm Integration Settings
If there are specific configurations you would like implemented, please let the TapMango representative assisting you know.

3. Add the Rewards Button to Lightspeed
For steps to create your rewards button see:

4. Map TapMango Discounts to Lightspeed
If you want your TapMango rewards to be redeemable on your Lightspeed POS, you will need to add discount mapping to these rewards, otherwise they will continue to only appear on the TapMango tablet.

Multiple Registers per location?
An important part of setting up your integration involves mapping your Lightspeed register ID's to your TapMango tablet ID's.
We can access your register ID's using the API, but these registers will only be identifiable by the names assigned to them. Lightspeed does give a default name though - so to help us figure out what register on Lightspeed's side should belong with what TapMango tablet, renaming them can help.
To do this just log into your Lightspeed (R-Series) account do do the following:
Settings > Locations > Customize (right side of the location listing) > Registers.
You can quickly edit the name and save, when done let us know and we can re-pull the info so we're able to quickly and precisely match up the Lightspeed Register to Your TapMango tablets.
