What's Revenue Boost?
|
|
Revenue Boost is a TapMango feature that displays your return on investment from the TapMango program. A way for you, the business owner, to see the amount of money your rewards program is bringing in to your business. |
Calculated Daily
|
|
Revenue boost scores are calculated on a daily basis, and the information you see on various revenue boost scores will not include the current day's values. |
Backdated Data
|
|
Because Revenue Boost is a new feature, we went back as far as we could with the data. When running your revenue boost reports you will be able to look back as far as January 2018. Data from before then is not included in revenue boost. |
Where Do I find Revenue Boost?
Revenue boost will be displayed all over the TapMango portal. You can find it under:

How Does Revenue Boost Work?
Revenue boost works through various back-end calculations and looking at several activities throughout TapMango.
Rewards and Vouchers
What are your rewards and vouchers worth to you? We'll look at the amount of money being entered into TapMango used in assigning reward points, and compare this to reward and voucher use.
This allows us to provide you a lifetime value of what a reward is worth - how much money have customers spent when the reward or voucher is being redeemed.
Campaigns
Whenever you send a campaign to customers and provide them with a voucher (see our quick campaign guide for more information) we'll use this to attribute a value associated with that campaign.
TapMango Wallet
Whenever the TapMango Wallet is loaded by the Tablet's Load Wallet option, from an Instant Deal, via the Mobile Application, or Gift Card Claim
Instant Deal
Whenever you send an Instant Deal we'll factor the purchases into your revenue boost value.
Dashboard Overview
60 Day Window
When looking at the TapMango dashboard you'll see a revenue boost option. This will compare the past 30 days, and the 30 days previous to that. This will allow you to have a constant 2 month window into revenue generated from your rewards program.
Campaigns At a Glance
If you've sent any recent campaigns that have assigned vouchers to customers you will see this on your activity graph. This is a yellow dot for the date the message was sent. If you hover over this dot you'll see some information.
In addition to seeing the amount of messages sent you'll see a dollar value of the amount of money entered into TapMango that day from customers that also redeemed the voucher.
Revenue Boost Report
Revenue boost has a comprehensive, granular report available. This can even be broken down to the customer.
Where is the Report?
The report can be accessed under http://portal.tapmango.com > reports > revenue boost report > Run.
You can also find this report by selecting any revenue boost link throughout the various areas it's displayed on the TapMango portal. This will populate the report specific to that item as well. Example: If you click a rewards revenue boost score this will now populate the report selected for that reward.
What does the report show?
With the report you will be given a default range of the past 30 days listing all customers and their revenue boost value. You can break this down by the following:
Date Range
- Yesterday
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
