What is Online Review Boost?
Online review boost is a customer-facing feedback generation feature of TapMango. The purpose is to provide a quick, and simple way for your customers to provide direct feedback to your business while actively pushing customers towards your desired review platform.

Online Review Boost is a tablet centered feature. This is designed to quickly capture the customer's feedback while they're still dealing with the cashier in the form of a leave feedback button on the tablet's welcome screen |

Customers quickly reply to a simple question - how would you rate the business? This is done on a scale of 1-5. You can set a threshold to decide what you think is positive. |
Feedback is a Gift

To ensure your customers provide feedback you can setup a reward. This is a one time thing per customer, and works well to generate excitement in addition to getting valuable feedback. |
Push for Reviews

|
If customers respond at, or above the threshold you set - we'll immediately send a message asking them for additional information and to leave a review at the review of your choice! |
Reach out Passively
|
|
You can also reach out to customers for feedback if they don't respond on the tablet. This can be based on many things like number of visits, time since last visit, time since sign up, and more! |
Receive Feedback Notifications

|
In addition to viewing the feedback dashboard you can also receive notifications via email that a customer has responded to feedback. |
How Does Online Review Boost Work?
On The Tablet
When your customer checks in to the TapMango tablet using their phone number, keytag, or mobile barcode they'll see an option to leave feedback.

Leave a Rating
After tapping the leave feedback option the customer can leave a rating between 1 and 5 stars.

Leave a Review
Once a customer has replied within your positive review threshold - they're going to be sent an email or text message thanking them again for rating you and asking to leave a review at the platform of your choice.. This happens right away so your customer will still be speaking to the cashier!
