Customer Personal Data?
Customers on the TapMango platform agree to provide you with personal data, and the TapMango platform will record personal data such as purchase history, product purchases, payments made, wallet dollars, etc.
GDPR provides customers the right to either request personal data or remove customer data from an organization they've been doing business with.
This data is to be accessed in a simple, easy to understand way that can be transferred to other businesses.
TapMango provides you the ability to pull this data yourself for customer requests, or submit a deletion request.
Where Do I Go?
Finding your Customer
You can find the customer privacy options under http://portal.tapmango.com > customers > customer list > customer details by clicking the customer's name

Customer Privacy
Click the customer privacy tab to access the customer privacy options.
Customer Privacy may only be accessed by those with the Merchant Admin user role. For more information about roles:

Request or Erase?
There are two options under the customer privacy tab of a customer's details: to request a copy of personal data or request an erasure of a customer's personal data - see the following guides for explanations on how each work.
