What Are Campaign Templates?

Campaign templates are the skeleton of your emails, you're free to create your own as you'd like. TapMango will provide you with a basic email template by default.

How Do These Templates Work? 

Templates work by creating sections for you to add your header, footer, images and body text.

This is either done through the use of special tags (when creating templates under Creatives > Email Templates) OR dragging and dropping content blocks (when creating templates under Creatives > Campaign Templates).

What Are Special Tags? 

Special tags are pieces of text used in TapMango emails, text messages and push notifications to represent something dynamic. We'll go over some in this guide. For full information see:

For your emails the most important part is the [[TEXT]] tag - this is what your body content is replaced with. Everything else is optional but email templates won't work if you don't use this tag.

Where do I Find Email/Campaign Templates?

Both forms of templates can be found in Portal, under the Creatives menu
