What is Net Promoter?
Net Promoter is a built-in feature that allows you to send surveys to customers to receive feedback on your business. This is a great tool to initiate and provide incentive for customer interaction!
How does Net Promoter work?
Automatically Sent
Net Promoter is a campaign feature, but TapMango provides a default setup to automate the process for you (if indicated in the registration form), so you don't need to set it up. Your sales consultant and account manager will discuss the best setup for you.
How Do Customers Receive Net Promoter Surveys?
Types of messages:
Push Notification: surveys will be sent as a push notification within the TapMango application
SMS: surveys will be sent as a text with an option for customers to unsubscribe
Email: surveys will be sent as an email with an option for customers to unsubscribe
Frequency
By Check-ins (recommended): when customers check into the TapMango tablet a certain number of times, our system can automatically send out surveys, right into their inbox.
Time Based: surveys can be sent; based on a period of time after their first check-in
Automatically Grouped
Based on the response of your customers, we can create customer groups based on the score you receive on surveys. For an example, we usually suggest creating three customer groups: a group for low-scoring (0-6 points), average-scoring (7-8 points), and high-scoring (9-10 points).
Keep Trying Until They Answer
Depending on the trigger set for Net Promoter Surveys, we can send out these surveys periodically to encourage your customers to rate your business.
