This article is for our older clients still using our legacy tablet interface. We stopped support for this In June 2018.

How do I know if this affects Me?

Your tablet screen will look something like this, but if you're unsure don't hesitate to contact us:

The entire upgrade should take between 10-30 min depending on your internet connection. We recommend doing the upgrade during our business hours so you can receive live support if you get stuck on any of the steps.

Follow these steps to update your tablet.

Switching to Quick Registration

Congrats! The hard part is over. Once we detect that you’ve completed the upgrade on your tablet app, our design team will start creating your new Quick Registration branding and apply it to your tablet within 1 week.

In the meantime, read up on how Quick Registration works.

(Please note that you’ll automatically be set up with the “Verify by SMS” option but can easily be switched to the “Unverified, Skip Profile” option if desired)
