The new TapMango Memberships feature is the perfect tool to help you make this happen! Here’s a sneak peak:

How To Set Up Memberships

We are working on making this feature available to merchants for self-management, but for now TapMango will create and edit your memberships for you.

To get started, we will need the following details:

Name/Details

    Membership name - Ex. Coffee Club!

    Short Description - An eye-catching overview of your offers. Ex. Storewide discounts off all products!

    Long Description - detailed explanation of your membership, why they should sign up, what's offered, etc.

Pricing

    Price - $ amount they must pay to get a membership.

    Tax Rate - %

    Billing Cycle - Are they billed Daily, Monthly or Yearly? Can only choose from those 3 options.

Integration

    Integration - If you have more than one payment integration, let us know which one you'd like to process membership payments.

Benefit(s)

    Benefits Offered - What do they get for signing up to this membership (Ex. 10% off Merchandise)?                                            This will be assigned as a voucher and you can assign multiple benefits.

    Quantity - How many of each benefit will they get? Ex. Three 10% off Merchandise vouchers and                                 one 30% Off Any Service voucher.

    Frequency - How often are you giving the benefits to your members? Hourly, Daily, Monthly or                                    do they have Unlimited access to the benefit? Can only be one of those 4 options.

Location(s)

    Membership Available At: Specify what location(s) the benefit(s) will be redeemable at.

If you have a specific background image that you want to use for your Membership tile, you can provide that to us along with the above information and we will see if it can be used.
