One of the benefits of integrating TapMango with Toast is the ability to push payment processing directly to your Toast POS for Memberships! Putting YOU in control of refunding all payments, either in-store or on the go by logging into your Toast account.

To ensure Toast can process membership payments there are a few key steps to follow in the guide below.
We recommend creating the membership in TapMango first before beginning this guide.

Creating the Membership in Toast

Sign into your account at http://www.toasttab.com/login.

First create a menu called "TapMango Memberships", and create a menu group within that menu called "TapMango Memberships". Then create items in that menu group each represent each of your TapMango memberships. Include the price and tax rates.

NOTE: The item name(s) in Toast must match the membership name(s) in TapMango exactly as it appears. This includes spelling, capitalization, punctuation, spacing, etc. Any mismatch will cause the payment to fail.

Price & Tax Rate

The price and tax rate set for the membership(s) must match exactly between TapMango and Toast, the payment will fail if it does not. 

When creating the membership in Toast always choose Base Price as the Price Strategy.

Enabling Channel Visibility

Once the menu group is created in Toast navigate to the Menu Builder by clicking Menus from the left-hand side and under Menu Management select Menu Builder.

Click on the 3 vertical dots beside the menu name and select Edit

On the next page navigate to the Channel Visibility section then toggle on Online Ordering Partners and select TapMango.

Contact Us to Enable Payment Processing

Before the Memberships can go live the Toast integration needs to be set as the payment processor for your account. 
Contact your account manager, or a member of the support team by

• Start a chat at https://portal.tapmango.com/Contact/Index

This step isn't necessary if you're already taking advantage of using Toast as the payment processor for TapMango Online Ordering!

How to Refund Membership Payments?

One of the benefits of integrating TapMango with Toast is the ability to push payment processing directly to your Toast POS for Online Orders or Memberships! Putting YOU in control of refunding all payments either in-store or on the go by logging into your Toast account.
