
Service Desk is a feature which enables you to have a one on one, back and fourth conversation with your clients over text messaging. The feature will enable you to message your customers, individually, from the TapMango portal. To see how you would message a customer check out our How to message an individual customer article!
This feature enables you to:
- Text customers from the computer, saving you time writing messages
- Use a different cell phone number than your personal one
- Track, view, and archive conversations with your customers
This is great for reminding your customers about appointments!
This feature requires an initial setup from TapMango. If you would like access to this feature, we would be happy to set it up!
