How to Load Your TapMango Wallet (eCards) on Toast

This guide walks you through how to load and use TapMango Wallet for in-store purchases when your account is integrated with Toast POS and eCard Systems.

Important: TapMango Wallet requires an active eCard Systems integration and a TapMango-branded mobile app. Both must be set up before using this workflow.

Loading the Wallet

Step 1: Start the Load on the Toast Register

① On the Toast register, select Gift Cards, then select Add Value ($).

② Enter the dollar amount to load onto the customer's wallet, then select Next.

Step 2: Scan the Customer's QR Code

③ Select Scan and scan the QR Code from the customer's branded mobile app.

You'll be returned to the order screen with the dollar amount added to the sale. Complete the sale as normal.

Payment Workflow

Step 1: Add Items and Proceed to Payment

① Add items to the sale as normal.

② Click Pay and on the payment screen select Gift Card.

Step 2: Scan the Customer's QR Code

③ On the pop-up, select Scan.

④ Ask the customer to present their QR Code from the branded mobile app for scanning.

Step 3: Complete Payment

Complete payment as normal.

Where to Find the QR Code?

On the Home tab of the branded mobile app, have the customer tap View QR Code. The QR Code will be ready to scan.
