This guide walks you through connecting TapMango to your Toast POS so your customers can earn and redeem rewards right at the register.
⚠️Before You Begin

Important: Toast requires all locations using a third-party loyalty integration to purchase the Restaurant Management Suite at $50/month per location. TapMango does not reimburse this cost, as it provides unlimited access to Toast's entire suite of third-party integrations. You also must not use another Toast-integrated loyalty program at your location, and no other restaurant in your Toast restaurant group may use a different Toast-integrated loyalty program. |
Setting Up Your Toast Integration
| Note: You must complete Steps 1 and 2 through Toast. Log in to your Toast account here. |
Step 1: Add Restaurant Management SuiteIf you haven't already, purchase Toast's Restaurant Management Suite for the location(s) using the TapMango integration. Click here to purchase Restaurant Management Suite. |
Step 2: Add TapMango to Your Location(s)① In Toast, navigate to Integrations > Integration management > Browse & purchase integrations. ② Search for TapMango and click Add Now on the tile to add the integration to the location(s) using TapMango.

Step 3: Contact TapMangoLet us know as soon as you've completed Steps 1 and 2 and we'll reach out to Toast's Integration team to request that they enable the integration. You'll be CC'd on this email to receive updates. Toast can take up to 48 hours to respond. |
Step 4: Provide your Device IDAfter Toast's Integration team has enabled TapMango Rewards on your account, you'll need to share your Toast register's Device ID with us. You can find steps on how to locate this ID in our Where to Find Your Toast Device ID guide. Once we have completed the integration, you can look into setting up rewards and vouchers to work with Toast. |
