Advertising My Web Ordering Program!

It's important to make customers aware of your web ordering platform. TapMango has made made this as simple as possible for you

Email Template

We've created a simple email template that can be used advertise your program. 

You can find this in your email templates - it will be called Curb Side Pick Up - Email Template

You can find this template when building your quick campaign, selecting the email option, and choosing from your template list.

Linking to your Orders Page

We'll provide you with a link to your orders page in a few ways.

[[WEB_ORDERING_URL]] Tag

We include this in the email template mentioned above. You can also type this out manually and place it in your messages. When this tag is used in a campaign we'll generate a short url link for you automatically when the message sends. If you have a custom link then we'll display that instead.

Your Menu Catalog

If you navigate to your catalog page (Orders > Catalog) you'll be able to find your short link to your orders page. By copying this link you can use it in:

• TapMango Campaigns, email, or SMS
• Advertise on social media post
• Update your social media about us pages
• Update your business listing pages on places like Google Maps, Yelp, Trip Advisor, etc

Promotions Tab

The TapMango promotions tab will also have this link available. You'll get the option to copy+paste your short link here.

This is a good option if you want to add an order online button to your website. TapMango cannot advise you on how to add this, but your web admin should be able to help if you don't manage the site yourself.

Custom URL

We can also make you a custom hyperlink for your ordering platform. This lets you have something personal to your business that's easy for customers to type out if you want to advertise your program outside of TapMango.

What's a Custom URL Look Like? 

Normally we'll make your web ordering link something like tapgo.to/2x9sNk02

With a custom URL you get something like tapgo.to/mybusinessname 

• Custom URLs are done by request - so just contact us and we'll be happy to get one made for you.
• Custom URLs may take up to 1 business day to be provided.
• You are only able to receive 1 custom URL per account, but are able to request an update if you'd like
• You may not use a custom URL used by a different business
• We suggest something distinct, that will be simple for a custom to understand how to type
