What are Post Sale Activities?
Post Sale Activities are actions that occur after a customer has placed an order. They are a great tool for you to keep engaged with your customers! Post Sale Activities include your referral campaign, sending a customizable message, or running the Instant Win.
Where do I access My Post Sale Activities?
Post Sale Activities are available to be managed from the new Post Sale Activities menu option in Portal.

Friend Referral
To use the Friend Referral Post Sale Activity, you will need to have a friend referral campaign already active. You can refer to our Friend Referral guide for more information. This Post Sale Activity will send the customer the friend referral campaign asking them to refer their friends once they place an order.

Generic Message
The Generic Message Post Sale Activity is a customizable message that your customers can receive once they place an order.

Instant Win
The Instant Win Post Sale Activity allows the customer to have an instant win play out once they place an order. You can refer to our Instant Win guides for more information.
The instant win you'd like your customers to be able to play must have the ONLINE channel selected. You can set this option in the individual instant win settings. The instant win Post Sale Activity will follow the same rules set for your Instant Wins such as the time between plays.

Using Multiple Post Sale Activities
You may have any combination of the three Post Sale Activities active at the same time, but which one activates for the customer is randomized. This means that the customer can only receive one of the activities for any given order placed.
