Logins for Your Drivers

Whether you choose to employ your own staff as drivers, or work with a 3rd party service where you contract drivers for your delivery - you'll need a way they can track and update the status of orders they receive.

With Driver accounts you can provide a limited-login for TapMango that allows you to assign a username and password for your drivers. A driver can only see orders they've claimed.

Creating a Driver Account 

Creating a driver account is very simple. You just need to make a normal tapmango login and set the role as DELIVERY_USER role.

Adding new users is easy

• Login on your admin account to https://portal.tapmango.com
• Select settings > users
• Select Create New
• Fill out the information and save

What Drivers Should be Aware Of

• If someone only has the DELIVERY_USER role they will only be able to see orders when signing into app.tapmango.com
• Orders must be marked complete after delivery to be consider 'fulfilled' or 'delivered'
• A driver must be assigned an order by the store itself in order for it to appear
• There will be a direction link for a map application in the order page
