By creating a voucher, you can assign it within a campaign, make it a prize within Instant Win, or even sell it through an Instant Deal or Gift Card.
Step 1: Select the "Vouchers" button
Step 2: Click on Create New
Note: If you have an existing voucher you want to edit you may also click the name of the voucher or the 'edit' option to edit the voucher. The same options from Step 3 will apply.
Step 3: Select the type of Voucher you want to use click Submit
Loyalty:
- Vouchers assigned via gift card, instant win, instant deal, membership, or campaigns
- These vouchers will not appear on a customers account until it is assigned to customers using one of the options listed above
- Can apply to all customers or specific customer groups/locations
Marketing:
- Important: marketing vouchers will appear on all customers accounts AUTOMATICALLY (depending on group/location restrictions). You DO NOT send these vouchers out with a campaign. They go live as soon as they're made active.
- Use Quick Campaigns to let customers know that they have the voucher waiting on their account or coming in the future (depending on "Effective On date").
- Please note: the voucher will not show up on a customers account until the the date set as the "Effective On Date". This gives you the flexibility to create a Marketing voucher ahead of time.
Promo Codes:
- This voucher has an associated code that customers can redeem on web/mobile ordering.
- Customers will enter the voucher code in the Promo Code textbox upon checkout.
- Can apply to all customers or specific customer groups/locations
Step 4: Fill out the voucher form and select Submit

Description = Voucher name. Customers will see this

Voucher # Prefix = Allows for categorizing the voucher. Customers will see this.

Example: If this voucher is titled "30% off you order" for Mother's Day, you could write "Mother's Day" as the prefix

Effective On = Date you want this voucher to be available for customers to use

Expires On =Date the voucher expires on.
- Barcode number = You may enter a number from your point of sale system to generate a barcode on the Admin side of the TapMango tablet when manually redeeming the voucher. This barcode can be used to scan the discount onto a sale. Only for the TapMango tablet.
- Restrict to Locations(s) allows you to select which locations this voucher may be redeemed at.
- Restrict to Channel(s) allows you to select which channels (methods) a voucher may be redeemed at.
- Ex: Selecting 'POS' means this voucher can only be used via point of sale integration.
- Send Voucher Expiry Reminder = will automatically send a message to a customer informing them the voucher is about to expire.
Step 5: Set any Point of Sale Discounts (optional)
If you use a point of sale integration that supports discounts you may be given a pop up when creating vouchers asking you to add discount mapping. Please see the relevant integration section for information on how to create discount mapping
