What is Friend Referral?

TapMango has a built in feature to allow your existing customers to refer their friends to your business, and receive credit for doing so. This is great because it allows you to grow your business while rewarding your existing customers!
How Does Friend Referral Work?
Friend referral is a campaign feature, but TapMango provides a default setup to automate the process for you, so you don't need to set it up. Your sales consultant and account manager will discuss the best setup for you.
Customers are sent a request to refer their friends, including the offer you wish to send them as well as a link to an online sign up page.

Reward Existing Customers |
You're able to choose the reward you want to provide customers. This allows you to provide recognition to your existing customers for referring to your business. |

Automatic Notification |
Customers are notified of your friend referral offer automatically in a few different ways. Your sales consultant and account manager will discuss options with you but here's some of the common ways:

Automatically Tracked |
The online sign up page is direct to your store, and unique to your customer. Because the link is unique, we can track your customer's referrals. |

Secure Confirmation |
Before a referral is considered complete the new customer must first enter the store, and check into the TapMango system to earn points or make a purchase. Once this happens we'll consider the referral complete, your existing customer is given their reward, and the process is complete! |

Friends Gifting Friends |
You also set an additional bonus for the new customer, to be used in place of what you normally offer as a sign-up bonus. This provides an extra reason for your new customer to act and come into the store to make a purchase. |
